Registration

DMSA 2024 Soccer Academies:
To register for DMSA please click on the registration button in the above navigation bar. You will be asked several questions and will need to pay the full tuition balance by credit or debit card. Once registered, you will need to complete a camp waiver (see below for instructions).

Camp Waiver

A camp waiver is required to participate at DMSA. Please download the waiver (below), complete, and return to DMSA to complete your registration. If you have any questions please email us.
